sugar scrub and hydrating cream will soothe and revive the dread of
everyday milage. This tradition found in the hospitality custome of ancient
civilizations are accompanied with every massage.

we come complete with catering and ambiance leave all of the details to us

Knead Information
Spa Scheduling
Upon Scheduling please inform the Knead Ambassador of any special needs, medical conditions, allergies etc...If scheduling more than one service a credit card is needed to hold appointments.
Upon Arrival
Please arrive 10 mins before your scheduled appointment so you may enjoy a beverage of your choosing and wind down. Due to our intimate surroundings and intent to relax no cell phones are permitted on ring or even talking on the cell phone while in the space we must respect our other guests who are being serviced. For your convenience Knead has provided Bose dock stations in each treatment room so you may listen to the music of your choice while being serviced however, if you do not bring an mp3 player one will be provided for you.
Payment
Knead accepts all major credit cards, cash and knead gift certificates.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in any services or gift certificates and would preferably be accepted in the form of cash however if this is not possible credit will be accepted as well though not encouraged.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide 24hrs notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
